Ingredients
  

  • 2 Tbsp Instant Coffee Ground fine
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar Preferably Castor Sugar
  • 4 Tbsp Water
  • Milk
  • Ice Cubes

Instructions

  • Add the ground instant coffee, sugar and water to a small mixing bowl
  • Use a hand whisk to whisk the ingredients until thick and frothy
  • Pour your choice of milk into two large glasses about half full
  • Add ice cubes
  • Top with the whisked coffee
  • Stir and enjoy

Notes

Use good quality strong instant coffee.
You can use any milk of your choice.
If your instant coffee is too granular it will be more difficult to dissolve. I like to give mine a little grind in a coffee grinder or pestle and mortar.
Castor sugar is my preference as it dissolves easier than granular sugar.
Since all my dry ingredients are fine, I use normal tap water, not hot water. If your coffee and sugar is very granular, use warm or hot water to help it dissolve.
