One of my favourite, and super quick coffee treats, Affogato. A scoop or two of great quality vanilla Gelato or ice cream, smothered in a shot of hot espresso. Yum. Give it a good stir and you have a sweet and creamy coffee flavoured drink, that almost compares to milkshake, but so much better.

Ingredients
- 2 Shots of hot espresso
- 2-4 Scoops of Vanilla Gelato or Ice Cream
Instructions
- Brew the espresso
- Add a scoop or two of ice cream to a cup or glass
- Pour over the hot espresso
- Stir and enjoy!
