I don’t think I have stopped making these delicious naan ‘pizzas’ since I discovered them. They are so quick, under 10 minutes, and perfect for lunch, dinner or when friends pop over unexpectedly. They are also super versatile. You could literally add any topping you’re in the mood for or have in the house.
My hubby absolutely loves figs and blue cheese, hence this version (I prefer feta to blue cheese though)

Ingredients
- 4-5 Figs, quartered Quantity depends on their size
- 2 Tbsp Honey and more to drizzle
- 2 Heat & Eat Naan Breads
- ¼ Cup Hummus
- 1 Cup Baby Spinach, roughly chopped or mixed or micro greens
- 4-6 Slices of Prosciutto
- 2 Tbsp Crumbled Feta or Blue Cheese
- 2 Tbsp Nut & Seed Sprinkles Optional
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C
- Quarter the figs, place in an oven dish and drizzle with honey. Bake for 5 – 10 minutes, until just starting to soften (This will depend on how ripe and how large your figs are)
- Place the two naans on a wire rack over a baking sheet. This aids in making it slightly crispy instead of soft. Bake for 5-8 minutes (This can be done at the same time as the figs)
- While the naans are in the oven, prepare the other ingredients, including chopping the spinach if needed and crumbling the feta/blue cheese
- Remove the figs and the naans from the oven. Divide the hummus between the two naan and spread evenly. Top with the spinach or greens, the figs and the prosciutto. You may wish to place these back in the oven for around 5 minutes or eat as is
- Sprinkle over the cheese and nut & seed sprinkles, drizzle with a little extra honey and serve
Notes
You could add any toppings you like to these naan ‘pizzas’
For a vegetarian version, feel free to omit the Prosciutto, and for a vegan version you can also omit the cheese. Have fun and make it your own.
