- 2 Tbsp Instant Coffee Ground fine
- 2 Tbsp Sugar Preferably Castor Sugar
- 4 Tbsp Water
- Ice Cubes
Use good quality strong instant coffee. You can use any milk of your choice. If your instant coffee is too granular it will be more difficult to dissolve. I like to give mine a little grind in a coffee grinder or pestle and mortar. Castor sugar is my preference as it dissolves easier than granular sugar. Since all my dry ingredients are fine, I use normal tap water, not hot water. If your coffee and sugar is very granular, use warm or hot water to help it dissolve.
